Crystallization in detail
View through the microscope:
Growth of crystal fibers
Pointed primary crystallites form a fibrous covering upon the particles of the special coating.
You can recognize calcium hydroxide very well in the form of larger crystals!
In this process, calcium hydroxide will be precipitated in form of a pseudo hexagonal morphology
and waterproofing starts immediately.
Concrete after coating with our liquid additive (ArexA-IPANEX):
Growth of crystal needles
The growth of crystal needles starts in the direction of the incidental water.
Water is thus displaced from the pore structure and the working joint,
thus increasing the density of the entire concrete structure.
Active sealing process!
